At Coastal Keepsakes, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. We currently ship all orders via Australia Post and offer both standard and express options at checkout.


Processing Times

As most of our items are custom-made, please allow 3–7 business days for production before dispatch. During busy periods or for large orders, this may take slightly longer — we’ll contact you if we anticipate any delays.


Shipping Times & Rates

We offer shipping Australia-wide via Australia Post:

Delivery estimates are provided by Australia Post and may vary depending on your location.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your parcel’s progress.

Delays & Responsibility

While we do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, delays caused by Australia Post, severe weather, or public holidays are outside of our control. We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once they are marked as delivered.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
