Welcome to Coastal Keepsakes! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Coastal Keepsakes. Coastal Keepsakes operates this website and store (the “Services”), which are powered by Shopify. By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to the following Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By using our Services, you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have received consent from a legal guardian. You must provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your account. You may not share or transfer your account.
SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS
We strive for accuracy in product descriptions and images, but actual colours and appearances may vary. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice.
SECTION 2A - ACRYLIC AVAILABILIY
We do our best to keep a range of standard acrylic colours in stock, but with hundreds of options available it’s simply not possible to hold them all.
If the colour or size you’ve chosen isn’t on hand, we’ll place an order with our wholesaler the same day your order is received and paid for.
Supplier deliveries usually take around 5 business days, which will be added to our standard 2–3 day turnaround time.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
All orders are offers to purchase and subject to our acceptance. Orders may be cancelled or adjusted at our discretion. You are responsible for reviewing order details before submission. All sales are subject to our Refund Policy.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices are subject to change. Posted prices exclude taxes, shipping, and duties unless noted. Promotions may be governed by separate terms. You must provide accurate and current billing details.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not responsible for delays outside our control. Title and risk pass to you once the item is handed to the carrier.
SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content and trademarks are owned or licensed by Coastal Keepsakes. You may not use, copy, or distribute any part of our Services without permission.
SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may offer third-party tools “as-is.” Your use is at your own risk. Review third-party terms before use.

Our Services may link to external sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
We use Shopify to host our store, but all purchases are made directly with us. Shopify is not responsible for transactions with Coastal Keepsakes.
