Got something unusual?
Send us a photo first. If it fits safely in our engraving setup and the surface is suitable, we’ll let you know what’s possible and what will look best.
Materials we can engrave
Engraving results vary depending on the material, coating, surface texture and item shape. We commonly engrave:
- Stainless steel and coated metals
Brass, copper, aluminium and anodised finishes - Powder-coated drink bottles and tumblers
- Timber, bamboo and plywood
- Acrylic and selected plastics
- Glass, crystal and slate
- Leather and selected coated surfaces
- Many painted, coated or powder-coated items
Some materials engrave with high contrast, while others create a more subtle tone-on-tone finish. If you’re unsure whether your item is suitable, send us a photo before visiting. We’ll check the material, shape and engraving area first.

Most simple name engravings are fast, with many small jobs completed within 1 to 3 business days, depending on workload and material suitability.
Detailed artwork, logo setup, multiple items or custom design work can take longer. If you have a deadline for a birthday, school return, end-of-year gift, team order or event, let us know at the start and we’ll confirm what’s realistic.

Frequently asked questions
Can I bring my own item?
Yes. BYO items are welcome, provided the material, shape and surface are suitable for engraving. If you’re unsure, send us a photo first and we’ll let you know what’s possible before you make the trip.
Will the engraving wash off or fade?
No. Laser engraving is permanent. It is not a sticker, vinyl decal or surface print. The final colour and contrast will depend on the item’s material and coating, but the engraved mark itself is designed to last.
Do you engrave brand-name bottles?
Yes. We regularly engrave powder-coated drink bottles and tumblers, including popular brands such as YETI, Stanley, Frank Green, Hydro Flask, AussiePal and similar drinkware. You supply the bottle or tumbler, and we engrave it with your chosen name, logo or design.
Can you engrave small details (like a logo)?
Yes, but the result depends on the material, surface, item shape and engraving area. Simple, clean artwork usually gives the best result, especially on curved items like bottles and tumblers. Vector files such as SVG, EPS, PDF or AI are ideal, but we can often work with high-quality PNG or JPG files too.
How long does laser engraving take?
Most simple name engravings are completed quickly, often within 1 to 3 business days depending on our workload and material suitability. Detailed artwork, logo setup, multiple items or custom design work may take longer. If you have a deadline, please let us know when enquiring.
Where are you based?
We are based in Buderim on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. Local pickup is available by arrangement, and many completed items can also be shipped Australia-wide.
