Bring your own drinkware (including stainless steel and powder-coated bottles and tumblers from popular brands such as YETI®, Frank Green, Hydro Flask, AussiePal and similar).
Send your design (text, logo or artwork), or ask us to help create something that suits your style.
We laser engrave with precision for a clean, professional finish.

This listing covers engraving only. Drinkware must be supplied by the customer.
We do not offer full wrap designs.
If you’re unsure whether your item can be engraved, please contact us before purchasing.
If your bottle is larger than 46oz, please contact us before ordering to confirm it will fit safely on our machine.

All brand names and trade marks (including YETI®, Frank Green®, Hydro Flask® and AussiePal®) are the property of their respective owners. Coastal Keepsakes is not affiliated with or endorsed by any drinkware brand. Customers supply their own drinkware for engraving.

Friendly disclaimer

We take great care with every custom engraving. In the unlikely event of an engraving error, we’ll replace your bottle at no cost to you by purchasing a replacement from a local authorised retailer, where possible.

As we don’t stock drinkware and some colours, finishes or limited editions may be unavailable, the exact colour or model cannot always be guaranteed. If an exact match isn’t available, you’ll be offered the closest equivalent currently available locally, or an alternative resolution.

We do our best to keep a range of standard acrylic colours in stock, but with hundreds of options available it’s simply not possible to hold them all.

If the colour or size you’ve chosen isn’t on hand, we’ll place an order with our wholesaler the same day your order is received and paid for.

Supplier deliveries usually take around 5 business days, which will be added to our standard 2–3 day turnaround time.

Please note that products made from wood may feature natural variations in grain, texture, and colour. These unique characteristics are part of the beauty of natural timber and are not considered defects. Product images shown on our website are for illustrative purposes only, and the item you receive may differ slightly in appearance.

Keep away from direct sunlight, water, or high humidity to prevent warping or discolouration.
Wipe with a soft, dry cloth; avoid water, sprays, or harsh chemicals.
Wood grains and tones may vary naturally.

✨ Acrylic Products

Handle with care and avoid abrasive surfaces.
Wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth; mild soap for tougher smudges.
Avoid alcohol-based cleaners.
Store flat and out of direct sunlight to prevent warping or fading.

🏷️ Vinyl-Decorated Items

Ensure surface is clean and dry before applying.
Press firmly; avoid repositioning once placed.
Wipe gently with a damp cloth; do not scrub or soak.
Not dishwasher or microwave safe.

☕ Engraved Drinkware

Hand wash recommended to protect engraving and coating.
Not microwave safe.
Avoid bleach or abrasives.
Wash lids/seals gently and dry fully.

🎨 Sublimated Products

Ceramic mugs: dishwasher (top rack) and microwave safe.
Metal drinkware: hand wash only; not microwave safe.
Avoid harsh scrubbing or strong chemicals.
Rinse after use for longest life.

🔪 Chopping Boards

Hand wash only; never soak or place in dishwasher.
Dry upright immediately after washing.
Re-oil with food-safe oil to prevent drying or cracking.
For natural sanitising, use vinegar or lemon with salt.

📦 Shipping

We carefully craft each order just for you!

Orders are typically made and dispatched within 3–5 business days.
All parcels are sent via Australia Post with tracking.
Items are packed securely using protective materials to ensure safe delivery.
When shipping mirrored acrylic, we leave the protective clear plastic film on the acrylic to help protect it from scratches in transport - just remember to peel it off prior to displaying.

We want you to love your order. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Due to the personalised and handmade nature of our products, we don’t accept returns for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged or not as expected, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll do our best to make it right.
