Already bought a pendant, charm or necklace and want it personalised? Coastal Keepsakes offers BYO flat pendant engraving for suitable charms, tags and keepsake discs.

This is a great option if you’ve bought a Pandora pendant, Pandora-style charm, necklace disc, pet tag or flat keepsake and want a local engraving service on the Sunshine Coast.

We can engrave names, initials, dates, short messages, pet names, simple symbols and selected portrait-style artwork onto suitable flat pendants.

Please note: Coastal Keepsakes is not affiliated with Pandora. We only engrave suitable flat items and each customer-supplied piece is assessed before engraving.

Customer supplied item disclaimer

Customer-supplied pendants are engraved at the customer’s risk. We’ll always assess the item first, but unknown metals, coatings and plated finishes can react unpredictably during engraving. Engraving is permanent and cannot be reversed.

How it works

Place your order and choose the engraving type.
Drop off or send in your suitable flat pendant, charm or tag.
We assess the item and confirm the engraving details before production.

Local pickup and drop-off available in Buderim on the Sunshine Coast. Australia-wide shipping is available for suitable posted items.

We do our best to keep a range of standard acrylic colours in stock, but with hundreds of options available it’s simply not possible to hold them all.

If the colour or size you’ve chosen isn’t on hand, we’ll place an order with our wholesaler the same day your order is received and paid for.

Supplier deliveries usually take around 5 business days, which will be added to our standard 2–3 day turnaround time.

Please note that products made from wood may feature natural variations in grain, texture, and colour. These unique characteristics are part of the beauty of natural timber and are not considered defects. Product images shown on our website are for illustrative purposes only, and the item you receive may differ slightly in appearance.

🌿 Wood Products

Keep away from direct sunlight, water, or high humidity to prevent warping or discolouration.
Wipe with a soft, dry cloth; avoid water, sprays, or harsh chemicals.
Wood grains and tones may vary naturally.

✨ Acrylic Products

Handle with care and avoid abrasive surfaces.
Wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth; mild soap for tougher smudges.
Avoid alcohol-based cleaners.
Store flat and out of direct sunlight to prevent warping or fading.

🏷️ Vinyl-Decorated Items

Ensure surface is clean and dry before applying.
Press firmly; avoid repositioning once placed.
Wipe gently with a damp cloth; do not scrub or soak.
Not dishwasher or microwave safe.

☕ Engraved Drinkware

Hand wash recommended to protect engraving and coating.
Not microwave safe.
Avoid bleach or abrasives.
Wash lids/seals gently and dry fully.

🎨 Sublimated Products

Ceramic mugs: dishwasher (top rack) and microwave safe.
Metal drinkware: hand wash only; not microwave safe.
Avoid harsh scrubbing or strong chemicals.
Rinse after use for longest life.

🔪 Chopping Boards

Hand wash only; never soak or place in dishwasher.
Dry upright immediately after washing.
Re-oil with food-safe oil to prevent drying or cracking.
For natural sanitising, use vinegar or lemon with salt.

📦 Shipping

We carefully craft each order just for you!

Orders are typically made and dispatched within 3–5 business days.
All parcels are sent via Australia Post with tracking.
Items are packed securely using protective materials to ensure safe delivery.
When shipping mirrored acrylic, we leave the protective clear plastic film on the acrylic to help protect it from scratches in transport - just remember to peel it off prior to displaying.

Due to the personalised and handmade nature of our products, we don’t accept returns for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged or not as expected, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll do our best to make it right.
