Personalisation

Please enter the family name exactly as you would like it shown and provide the required year. The word “Family” does not need to be included in the surname field.

Longer names may be reduced slightly in size to maintain the balance and strength of the raised acrylic lettering. Capitalisation and spelling will be reproduced from the details supplied with your order.

This ornament is designed to become part of your family’s Christmas collection and can also be given as a thoughtful gift for grandparents, newlyweds, new homeowners or families celebrating Christmas together.

Due to the personalised and handmade nature of this product, minor variations in positioning and colour may occur.

We do our best to keep a range of standard acrylic colours in stock, but with hundreds of options available it’s simply not possible to hold them all.

If the colour or size you’ve chosen isn’t on hand, we’ll place an order with our wholesaler the same day your order is received and paid for.

Supplier deliveries usually take around 5 business days, which will be added to our standard 2–3 day turnaround time.

All parcels are sent via Australia Post with tracking.
Items are packed securely using protective materials to ensure safe delivery.
When shipping mirrored acrylic, we leave the protective clear plastic film on the acrylic to help protect it from scratches in transport - just remember to peel it off prior to displaying.
