Keep someone special close at Christmas with a personalised memorial ornament created from a treasured photograph.

Each ornament is individually made in our Sunshine Coast studio using premium acrylic, detailed UV printing and a raised mirror acrylic accent. Your chosen photograph is carefully prepared and incorporated into a refined eucalyptus design, together with your loved one’s name, dates and a short remembrance message.

Photo requirements

For the best result, please provide the highest-quality original photograph available. Clear, well-lit images with the subject in focus work best. Screenshots, heavily compressed images and photographs downloaded from social media may not reproduce clearly.

We will carefully crop and prepare your photograph to suit the ornament. If the supplied image is unsuitable, we will contact you before production begins.

Personalisation

Please provide the name, dates and preferred remembrance wording when ordering. Examples include “Always with us at Christmas”, “Forever part of our Christmas” or your own short message.

As this piece is personalised, each layout is adjusted to suit the photograph and wording supplied. Natural variations in colour and positioning form part of the handmade process.

We do our best to keep a range of standard acrylic colours in stock, but with hundreds of options available it’s simply not possible to hold them all.

If the colour or size you’ve chosen isn’t on hand, we’ll place an order with our wholesaler the same day your order is received and paid for.

Supplier deliveries usually take around 5 business days, which will be added to our standard 2–3 day turnaround time.

Please note that products made from wood may feature natural variations in grain, texture, and colour. These unique characteristics are part of the beauty of natural timber and are not considered defects. Product images shown on our website are for illustrative purposes only, and the item you receive may differ slightly in appearance.

Store flat and out of direct sunlight to prevent warping or fading.

Ensure surface is clean and dry before applying.
Press firmly; avoid repositioning once placed.
Wipe gently with a damp cloth; do not scrub or soak.
Not dishwasher or microwave safe.

☕ Engraved Drinkware

Hand wash recommended to protect engraving and coating.
Not microwave safe.
Avoid bleach or abrasives.
Wash lids/seals gently and dry fully.

🎨 Sublimated Products

Ceramic mugs: dishwasher (top rack) and microwave safe.
Metal drinkware: hand wash only; not microwave safe.
Avoid harsh scrubbing or strong chemicals.
Rinse after use for longest life.

🔪 Chopping Boards

Hand wash only; never soak or place in dishwasher.
Dry upright immediately after washing.
Re-oil with food-safe oil to prevent drying or cracking.
For natural sanitising, use vinegar or lemon with salt.

📦 Shipping

We carefully craft each order just for you!

Orders are typically made and dispatched within 3–5 business days.
All parcels are sent via Australia Post with tracking.
Items are packed securely using protective materials to ensure safe delivery.
When shipping mirrored acrylic, we leave the protective clear plastic film on the acrylic to help protect it from scratches in transport - just remember to peel it off prior to displaying.

Due to the personalised and handmade nature of our products, we don’t accept returns for change of mind.
