The soft frosted acrylic finish paired with raised white acrylic lettering creates a romantic, high-end look that works beautifully for coastal, garden and modern minimalist weddings. Each sign is personalised with your names, wedding date and preferred wording, then carefully laid out for balance and readability.

Choose your size and shape

Arch, rectangle, wavy and other shaped signs are made within the dimensions of the selected A size.

When selecting Round – Size Shortest Edge, the diameter is based on the shortest edge of the selected A size:

A5 round — 148 mm diameter
A4 round — 210 mm diameter
A3 round — 297 mm diameter
A2 round — 420 mm diameter
A1 round — 594 mm diameter
A0 round — 841 mm diameter

For example, selecting A4 and Round – Size Shortest Edge creates a 210 mm diameter round sign, not a 297 mm diameter sign.

Please add the following details in the personalisation box or order notes:

Couple’s names exactly as they should appear
Wedding date
Any alternative welcome wording
Preferred layout or styling notes

Two rounds of proof amendments are included after your order has been placed and paid.

Processing time and shipping

Each sign is made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for production after artwork approval, plus shipping time. Local pickup is available in Buderim, and Australia-wide delivery is available. Larger signs, particularly A0, may require freight delivery depending on the destination.

Please note: Easels, stands, florals and styling props are not included. Colours may vary slightly between screens and the finished product.

We do our best to keep a range of standard acrylic colours in stock, but with hundreds of options available it’s simply not possible to hold them all.

If the colour or size you’ve chosen isn’t on hand, we’ll place an order with our wholesaler the same day your order is received and paid for.

Supplier deliveries usually take around 5 business days, which will be added to our standard 2–3 day turnaround time.

Please note that products made from wood may feature natural variations in grain, texture, and colour. These unique characteristics are part of the beauty of natural timber and are not considered defects. Product images shown on our website are for illustrative purposes only, and the item you receive may differ slightly in appearance.

Ensure surface is clean and dry before applying.
Press firmly; avoid repositioning once placed.
Wipe gently with a damp cloth; do not scrub or soak.
Not dishwasher or microwave safe.

☕ Engraved Drinkware

Hand wash recommended to protect engraving and coating.
Not microwave safe.
Avoid bleach or abrasives.
Wash lids/seals gently and dry fully.

🎨 Sublimated Products

Ceramic mugs: dishwasher (top rack) and microwave safe.
Metal drinkware: hand wash only; not microwave safe.
Avoid harsh scrubbing or strong chemicals.
Rinse after use for longest life.

🔪 Chopping Boards

Hand wash only; never soak or place in dishwasher.
Dry upright immediately after washing.
Re-oil with food-safe oil to prevent drying or cracking.
For natural sanitising, use vinegar or lemon with salt.

📦 Shipping

We carefully craft each order just for you!

Orders are typically made and dispatched within 3–5 business days.
All parcels are sent via Australia Post with tracking.
Items are packed securely using protective materials to ensure safe delivery.
When shipping mirrored acrylic, we leave the protective clear plastic film on the acrylic to help protect it from scratches in transport - just remember to peel it off prior to displaying.

Due to the personalised and handmade nature of our products, we don’t accept returns for change of mind.
