Acrylic Colours Stock Policy

We do our best to keep a range of standard acrylic colours in stock, but with hundreds of options available it’s simply not possible to hold them all.

If the colour or size you’ve chosen isn’t on hand, we’ll place an order with our wholesaler the same day your order is received and paid for.

Supplier deliveries usually take around 5 business days, which will be added to our standard 2–3 day turnaround time.

We carefully craft each order just for you!

  • Orders are typically made and dispatched within 3–5 business days.
  • All parcels are sent via Australia Post with tracking.
  • Items are packed securely using protective materials to ensure safe delivery.
  • When shipping mirrored acrylic, we leave the protective clear plastic film on the acrylic to help protect it from scratches in transport - just remember to peel it off prior to displaying.

  • Due to the personalised and handmade nature of our products, we don’t accept returns for change of mind.
  • If your order arrives damaged or not as expected, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll do our best to make it right.
